Shipping and returns

This page sets out how Chamcotec delivers orders placed through this website and how you can cancel or return goods. If anything here conflicts with written confirmation we send you for a specific order, the order-specific terms take precedence.

Where we ship

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside the UK via this site unless we expressly offer that option at checkout.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery to a UK address is free of charge on all orders placed through this site, unless we tell you otherwise before you complete your purchase (for example, for non-standard services or agreed special arrangements).

All prices include VAT where applicable at the rate in force at the date of your order.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within one to two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after we have confirmed your order and, where payment is required, received cleared payment. Wholesale or large orders may take longer; we will tell you if that applies.

Delivery is usually by a tracked courier or postal service. After dispatch, most UK mainland addresses receive parcels within two to five working days. Remote areas, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may take longer. These times are estimates, not guarantees; delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control are not grounds for compensation, though we will help you trace delayed parcels where we can.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the option to wait, substitute where appropriate, or cancel that part of your order.

Receiving your order

Please check parcels on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the carrier where possible and contact us promptly. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us or collected according to the carrier's instructions.

Your right to cancel (consumer orders)

If you are a consumer buying online or at distance, you normally have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless an exception applies.

To cancel, tell us clearly (for example by email via our contact page) within that period. We will confirm receipt.

You must return goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, unless we agree otherwise. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them. We may deduct from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method you used unless you agree otherwise.

Hygiene and sealed products

Many of our products are formulated for sanitisation and hygiene. For health protection and safety, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or where any hygiene seal or cap security has been broken, unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or equivalent rights for business buyers, as agreed).

Wholesale and trade

Different or additional terms may apply to trade and wholesale orders. Those will be confirmed in your quotation or contract.
